Living In Full Motion

When life gets hard...meditate.
When life is good...meditate.
Then say thank you.
                             -Jennifer

Accepting everything that comes our way in life can be quite difficult.  When times are hard it is easy to fall to the victim mentality of why me?  The answer to that is, because you are you. We each have different needs at different times. Your molding is different from everyone else. The difficult times in life don't come our way to punish us and hold us down.  They are here for us to simply realize our greatest of strength.  In actuality, they exist truly to lift us higher than ever before.  Look for the lessons, they are there waiting for you.

Everything comes to us in perfect timing.  We are given what we need exactly as we need it.  When I say life unfolds it truly unfolds, showing us the trail we leave behind, the existing moment in the now, and the great potentials that lay ahead.

Life is the constant unraveling of surprise.  We never know the exact direction that life will take us.  But we can live in faith everyday that our purpose will be served through our faithful actions.  When life gets tough it is so easy to think about giving up and throwing in the towel. Our hearts are more than just wisdom.  Look at the strength our hearts display every second of every day of our lives.  Each beat, constant, consistent, and loyal.  As we go through our day to day activities how many times do we say thank you, to the very mechanism in our body that keeps us alive?

I thought that very question this morning as I was finishing my meditation session.  I was so in tune with my body I felt my heart beating as I was getting ready to open my eyes and close my session.  But I just sat, listened and felt my heart.  The rhythm never stopped.  I didn't have to ask it to keep going, it just did because it knows that is what it needs to do to fulfill its purpose.

So think about that when times get tough and you want to just stop. What if your heart decided to do that?  Life as you know it would be over.  Our hearts are dedicated to our lives, as so should we. When our hearts need to work harder they pump harder.  When our hearts need to slow down they slow down.  Whatever they need to do to optimize our existence they do. Shouldn't we have the same philosophy?  If we slow down enough in life and take a few seconds to just breathe, our hearts will whisper to us exactly what we need to hear.  If we owe our hearts our life, don't we owe life our hearts?

Show your brilliance.  Listen to those heartful whispers and live life in full motion.  Don't waste another second saying to yourself "I don't have time, I don't have the money, or I don't have what it takes". You know exactly what you need to be doing you just have to be living fully and take action.  Start small if you have to.  All things from the heart lead to greatness.

The purpose of Spirit Launcher is to help us all understand our purpose in life more fully.  To find what it is that we need to be doing and then let life make it happen.  What inspires me to live my best life now is hearing other people doing the same.  Starting next week I will be introducing a Spirit Launcher.  Someone who has created a career, hobby and life love from doing what makes their heart sing.  By listening to their heart and following their inner knowing and saying thank you to that very thing that allows them to be living their life in full motion.  What could you be doing right now to be living your life in full motion?

As always with love,
Jennifer

Meditation: The Wisdom of Our Heart

We find Grace within our hearts.
We become Graceful through the act of love.

                                 -Jennifer

Have you thought anymore about what the wisdom of your heart is saying to you?  What is it trying to tell you and why?  And even more so when it speaks to you, then what?  Wisdom is an inner knowing for preparation of our highest calling.  Our heart has all of the answers.  We just have to know how to listen for those answers.

For me meditation is my way of reaching my most inner self.  The source in which I came from.  Sometimes the wisdom comes in the form of a voice, sometimes it is a vision, and sometimes it is a feeling that takes over my body. Either way, meditation enables my heart to be open so the message can be received.

Today I will share with you an inner wisdom meditation.  This meditation will help you reach your source and find the answers to any question.  What you will discover is you never have to look outside of yourself to find the answers you seek. For they are always within the wisdom of your own heart.

Join us this evening as we come together in community to gain strength and wisdom through meditation. I would recommend reading this meditation a few times prior to our 8pm eastern community meditation tonight.

The Wisdom of the Heart Meditation (6 minutes)
by Jennifer Fremion

Sit in a comfortable crossed legged position.  Your hands are placed palms facing up on your knees.
Place the tip of the thumb together with the tip of the index finger in Gyan Mudra position which stimulates knowledge and ability.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in your nose, hold for 10 seconds and release.
Take two more deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Sit in stillness for a moment.
Feel how the breath has filled your body with love and has released any tension.
Breathe deeply and slowly throughout this meditation.
Visualize a mirrored reflection of your body sitting before you just as you are. The mirrored image is slightly floating off the ground (the higher wisdom within you). Now picture
a beautiful bright white light beaming from your reflection's heart.  The light is so radiant you can feel the energy source as if it were in your own heart. But now as if that light were a shooting star it connects with your heart center. You are now interconnected with the higher wisdom of your heart.  As your hearts join you feel a searing energy entering through your heart, to the top of your head, down through your arms, through your abdomen and finally through your legs.
The warmth of this light fills your entire being.
This light is the source of the wisdom within your heart.
Soon you see in your reflection and feel within your body that you are completely of light.
You have become this powerful energy.
Take a deep breath in and hold as you focus on the warmth of the light in your body.
Release the breath and repeat two more times.
As you release your last breath, see the light leave your body through your breath out into the Universe.
Now just sit in silence and feel.
After a few seconds ask your heart,
"How can I help?"
Sit in silence and await your answer.
With your eyes closed envision a strobe light effect of rings of light coming
into your mind's eye.  These rings of light are radiating from your mirrored reflection.
Your answer is on its way.
You feel energized and at peace.
Take a few more deep breaths in and out.
Sit in stillness.
Open your eyes when you are ready.

Namaste

My suggestion would be to keep a journal of the coming days.  If you did not receive a message within the meditation it will soon come to you. Keep an open heart and your inner wisdom will find you in the perfect time. If you did receive a message write about it.  See how that message unfolds itself to you. Thank you for joining us on this beautiful journey. Share your experience with us!

As always with love,
Jennifer

The Wisdom of Our Heart

As I awake, I see the Sky as my ever expanding mind.
As I awake, I see the Sun as the light of my own heart.
As I awake, I see the Universe as my intricately woven body.
As I awake, I see myself in the mirror of my Divine.
As I awake, I realize I am no longer dreaming.
As I awake, I realize the greatest gift of all,
 to be alive.
                     -Jennifer

Life is an unfolding event. We are each equally a participating part of this Universal experience we call life.  We each have talents that are ours and ours only.  They are our contributions to this Life, this Earth, this Universe.  Each of our parts add up to create a whole. Without our participation in this life our Universe isn't whole, it begins to have holes.

We are all here with purpose.  No one's purpose is greater than anyone else.  And that is the ultimate truth. To find our purpose we must go to the wisdom of our own heart.  Because when we go to this place, we reach the source of our becoming.   This is where our spirit resides.  We know exactly where we need to be.  Sometimes the difficult question is, how do we get there?  The road map to our destiny is not finite, rather it is infinite.  We all have a destination, our destiny. But being alive in life is the experience of living each moment to its nth degree.  We have to be all in, or we are not in it at all.

To be alive in life is to be of service.  Our talents are our service to the world.  Whether that talent becomes our career, or a hobby it is to not be held in silence.  It is to be shouted from mountain tops.

For me I am blessed enough to have multiple careers all in the area of service.  I own a skin care spa where I have a dedicated clientele.  I work as a nurse with Oncology patients.  And finally, I am the creator of this blog, Spirit Launcher.  I learned very early on in my career how important it was for me to make a difference in people's lives.  If that wasn't included in my daily life, life felt like a failure to me.  My clients have been a dedicated support to me as I have been to them.  My services are not just for relaxation, I have built lasting friendships of support with my clients.

Nursing to me is one of the most miraculous professions one can have.  I go into work everyday meeting perfect strangers that often times are in the fight of their lives.  Their health is compromised by illness or disease and in Oncology sometimes the end of life is staring them in the face.  This is a constant reminder to not take anything for granted.  Nothing should be put off for "someday" because life is happening right now. Tomorrow is not there for us to get started, it is there to be a continuation of what we start today.

This blog to me is what my book has become.  A launching pad for my heart.  To share everyday lessons about life, living and giving.  If we are hurting, reach our heart out to someone else who is hurting.  If we are joyful, reach our heart out to someone who needs joy.  If we are loving, reach our heart out to someone who needs love.  Through the wisdom of our own hearts the chain of love cannot be broken.  If there are no holes, no one can fall through the cracks.  If we are whole, we are together in the strength of a nation that can change the entire world.

Where do you find service in your life?  Is it your career, is it a hobby?  What does the wisdom of your heart say to you?  Share with us!  We would love to hear from you!

As always with love,
Jennifer

My Awakening

Live life through passion
and life will live passionately
through you.

                                                 -Jennifer

I grew up in Indiana with both of my parents, my older brother Kurt and my younger brother Dustin.  I knew from a young age that music literally made my heart dance.  Everytime I heard a song that I loved my heart would skip a beat.  I could get lost for hours in listening.  I started playing piano at a young age and was blessed enough to have my grandmother be my teacher.  There was just something about the way my hands felt when they hit the keyboard. It made sense to me like nothing else did.  I would daydream for hours especially when I got to middle and highschool about what it would be like to be on a stage playing my own music.

As I grew older fear settled in.  The fear of performing.  What if I made a mistake, what if I forgot how to play my piece, what if I get up there and embarrass myself?  Soon that fear took an ugly turn in my life.  And it wasn't just with music.  I had anxiety over everything.  School, friends, family life and where exactly I fit in to all of it.  That fear consumed my every being...and I gave up.

I finished college and found a new love in skin care.  I started a program and graduated with flying colors.  Before graduation I got engaged to my boyfriend. My instructor took me to the side and said, "I know you think you love him, but your talent can take you places.  I know people in California and Las Vegas and can talk to those contacts for you".  Again the anxiety settled in.  I didn't realize it at the time, but I was so terrified of my potential I hid behind it.  I had an addiction.  Not to drugs or alcohol but to fear.  If I hid behind that fear I never had to reach my fullest potential therefore, I could never fail.  What I didn't realize until much later was not trying was the greatest fail of a lifetime. And this was my lifetime we're talking about.

Needless to say I didn't take my instructor up on her offer.  I got married instead.  I had never lived a loveless life until I got married.  Little by little I felt the life getting sucked out of me.  The relationship was unhealthy from the start, but I wanted to believe eventually it would turn into what I wanted.  Instead it continued to spiral into ugliness and I felt like I was drowning in it.  At one point I knew I had to leave.  It was the wisdom of my own heart that told me life should be expected to be beyond what this will ever be.  If you leave you will have the life you have always wanted.  What I couldn't have realized back then was that by leaving, life would be beyond anything I could ever imagine.

I thought the simple solution to my happiness was getting a divorce.  Once my divorce was finalized I still wasn't happy.  I had a successful business in skin care, a new career in nursing but I still felt as if I was fading.  I had a longing that I couldn't quench.  I couldn't figure out how to break out of the bottom I was in.  So I started searching.

I came across a man named Dr. Wayne Dyer on television on a Sunday afternoon.  He was selling his new book and meditation series.  It was as if the program was tailored exactly for me.  Everything he said resonated with me to a level I had never experienced.  So I purchased it.  And I owe the life I have today to him.  Funny enough a few months ago he aired again and something told me to call the testimonial line so I did.  And I got to thank him on national television for giving me the tools to live a peaceful and blissful existence.

There is a saying, "When the student is ready, the teacher will come".  This couldn't be anymore true.  After discovering Dr. Dyer the floodgates opened.  Thanks to Oprah Winfrey and her series Super Soul Sunday, I was introduced to authors that furthered me into my awakening.  Brilliant minds such as Gabrielle Bernstein, Marianne Williamson, Deepak Chopra, Mastin Kipp, Brene Brown and Eckhart Tolle to name a few, changed my life forever. I learned to accept my fear yet walk through it, that every experience in life has a hidden lesson waiting to be discovered and that we are spiritual beings having a human experience.

I was also practicing yoga and meditation daily.  These practices shifted my direction in life.  They gave me stability, faith, courage and oh yes, the happiness I had been longing for.  What I realized through meditation is that happiness has always resided within me.  The same wisdom from within that told me to leave my unhappy marriage in order to have the life that I deserved.  The life that had been inside of me waiting to come out.  Waiting to be acknowledge, accepted, understood, lived to the fullest by sharing it with the world.  I learned that if I shined so brightly, the world would start to smile back at me.  That all of that light had been inside of me waiting, yet it was hidden by the shadow of fear.  Fear can put such a hold on living if you allow it to overcome the love you have for living.  I learned that every time I face fear I just have to breathe and walk through it, because I am on the brink of a new coming of events that will eventually lead me to my greatness.

I received a message during meditation to start writing.  So I started a journal, that journal then turned into me starting to write my book, and eventually lead to me to write this blog.  Never in a million years would I have thought this was the life waiting inside of me.  But what a beautiful life it is.  I've learned that life happens in perfect order.  And that often times it can be our darkest moments that push us to shine our inner light brighter than ever before.  To be grateful and thankful for every experience because all of them lead us back to our truest self. And if you go for what you want in life, life will never sell you short.

This blog was an idea that came to mind through the passion that I have found in living my true life.  We can learn so much from one another sharing our triumphs and our disappointments.  When we see others living a passionate life we want to join right in with them.  There is no sense in waiting to live.  Life is going on right now so let's make the most of it.

This was my spirit launcher story, my awakening. This was what brought me back to life. Join me tomorrow as I talk about how being in service with my careers took me to the next level of my awakening.   Thank you everyone for your support and kind words with this blog.  In the coming weeks you will get to meet other spirit launchers that will inspire you to live life now.  I am so excited to share their amazing stories with you.

As always with love,
Jennifer

When we act with divine love,
the world becomes divine love to us
in return.

                         -Jennifer

Happy Sunday Spirit Launchers!!

Every Sunday I will post a sneak peek of the upcoming week.  I am so excited to share with you the Spirit Launcher interviews I am working on.  These individuals are so inspirational!  Their projects, creativity, fearlessness, love and tenacity are contagious! When we live in spirit life becomes contagious!  Is there really any other way to live?

Each Monday you will get the opportunity to meet the Spirit Launcher of the week.  Their lives, stories and dreams will be shared in a way that will further launch your own spirit.  This Monday I will share my own Spirit Launcher story.  I am so blessed to have so many people opening their lives to me and the Spirit Launcher community.  So I wanted to do the same.  Tomorrow I will share with you my life, my story and my dreams.

Tuesdays will always be a reflection of the Spirit Launcher interview.  It's a way to delve deeper into the life concepts of the interview.  A way to use the inspiration of their story to create our own inspiration in our own lives.

Wednesdays will be a community meditation at 8pm eastern time.  The meditation will be posted that morning and as a community we will all come together through the heart of intention to create a loving energy transferred between and intertwining us all.

Thursdays will be a reflection of the meditation and how we can start living in a meditative state all day and everyday.

Fridays we will explore how we find strength in our everyday moments.  How do we keep pushing forward in each moment, no matter how difficult the challenge may be.

Saturdays will reflect on the lessons learned of the week.  What challenges did we face, how did we handle them and ultimately what did we learn about ourselves?

Sundays will be a simple breath of words to be still in.  Rest our hearts, rest our minds and prepare our spirit for the upcoming week.  Take the time to be present.  It is in the present that we learn to love, accept, and become aware of the preciousness of each moment.

I am so excited to share the ultimate beauty that is Spirit Launcher.  It is in the small shifts of each moment experienced that over time accumulate and open our hearts so that we learn to reach for greatness.

As always with love,

Jennifer

P.S.  Sign up for automatic emails.  The emails will be sent out each morning at 6am eastern time.  This is a great way to start off your day by being inspired.
Follow me on Twitter @jfremion for inspirationals throughout the day.  When we keep our minds focused on spirit, life changes from within and extends to the world around us.

Spotlight

Put a spotlight on your heart today
and let the entire world know how
brightly you shine.
                        -Jennifer

I love the weekend! Not just because part of my work week is done. But because I can also look back at the week and review.  What have I experienced?  What have I learned?  How did I help?  Did I make a difference...with someone, something, somehow?  With the answers to these questions I can then examine how can I grow and become better?

By shining a spotlight on our hearts we can become honest with not just the world we call home, but with ourselves. Life is a lesson moment to moment.  I am always intrigued each morning when I wake up with what lessons I am going to come into contact with.  I've learned to look for the lessons in both fun and not so fun times.  They are always there waving their arms at us to grab our attention.  The question is, are we paying attention?

I've learned my intuition plays a big part in revealing my daily lessons. Throughout the last few years, I've reconnected with that inner knowing.  That funny feeling we get in our stomach when we know something and we're not quite sure how we know what we know but we KNOW that we know it.  We can either listen, or we can choose to ignore that feeling.  I know for myself when I have ignored my intuition I look back at the lesson and say to myself ,"I knew better!"  At that point it's about doing better the next time around. Because there will be a next time.  It may be a different place, different person, different circumstance bringing that lesson to you, but it will come around for you to remember to always do better.

This week my general lesson has been patience.  Being patient with my writing, with learning multiple facets of my nursing position and even waiting 45 minutes longer than I was supposed to while getting the oil changed in my car which caused me to be late to work.  Even writing these things out to see in print I realize wow, I've had a lot of opportunities to learn and grow this week and to let my spotlight shine.

Patience is a hard one for me.  I know when I need to focus on practicing patience because challenges will keep rearing their heads at me with back to back experiences. These experiences and the people in them are my teachers of patience. My future yoga instructor held a phone conference in which we did a group meditation.  She taught us the meditation and the meaning behind it. Which is to let the Universe handle our concerns. In that practice we will see, feel, and live the miracle of change in our lives. It is our job to continue the meditation for 40 days and document the changes we see in our life.  The change is in the perception of our experiences.  I saw immediate shifts and I am on day 14 and continue to be amazed and also comforted. This really became a test for me on Monday when I asked my nursing supervisor for one Friday off a month to start my yoga teacher training.  She had to say no because she felt the timing wasn't right for the office.  Although I was greatly disappointed I realized I will get there, now just must not be the time.  Without having that inner knowing that the Universe has it handled, I would have been devastated and asking why do things never go my way??  But I can sit back and concentrate on what opportunities are available to me now and live in the now.  When you're witnessing the unfolding of life you see its true beauty, always.

So what did you experience this week?  What were your challenges and what were your triumphs? Review your week and then blog or tweet about it!! Share with our community!!! If you want to kick off a 40 day practice check out Gabrielle Bernstein's brilliant book May Cause Miracles.  It's the perfect guide to open your heart and let your inner spotlight shine like never before.

As always with love,
Jennifer

Dream Chasing: Meditation for Fearlessness

When you lead life with fear, you leave life with regrets.
When you lead life with love, you leave your legacy to the world.
You leave the world all of your glory.
The very gift that is you.
                                  -Jennifer

As I talked about yesterday, fear should be a catalyst not a break pedal in life.  In our pursuits with our dreams we will meet fear, every time. This is how we know we are on our way to something big.  Something bigger than our biggest of dreams could ever be. So we must forge ahead.  We can't go into dream chasing mode if and only if we have a guaranteed outcome of success.  That is not how it works.

We must focus on that very "thing" that makes our heart sing. The fantastic thing about dream chasing is, you never really know where all of the chasing will lead. You can think of an outcome or what you would like to happen, but the fact is the Universe has it all handled.  All we need to do is work on that "thing", stay in harmony, stay in peace, and let the Universe take us where it may.  If we knew the true outcome of everything that would simply take the fun out of living.  The journey is spectacular and the unfolding of the end result is magnificent.  Magnificent in the sense that one project will always lead to the next "thing" and then the next "thing" and so on.  This is the true brilliance of life...the unfolding.

I thought I had my whole life planned.  After my divorce I thought I would work as a nurse, remarry, have a family, raise that family and have the best of time doing it.  But then the Universe threw me a giant curve ball.  Yoga and meditation slowly became a daily practice.  They were both things I loved doing, but then one day it all changed.  They both became something I needed to do everyday.  Without this daily practice, life wouldn't be as bright and colorful.  It wouldn't have purpose.  These practices gave my life purpose.  In a single meditation I received a message to start writing.  Writing??  A journal?  What exactly was I to start writing?  So I did just that, I started journaling.  But I sensed there would be more to this and yes there was.  I participated in Deepak Chopra's 21Day Meditation Challenge last November and felt an incredible shift to my core.  Then came Gabrielle Bernstein's May Cause Miracles at the beginning of the year that shifted me even deeper.  My writing became more thought provoking.  I was being kept up at night and distracted throughout the day with writing passages.  These passages soon became my book.  I wrote the first 10 Chapters in two weeks. I then became inspired to do more with my writing.  This is where Spirit Launcher came into fruition.

I was getting ready for work one morning and a conversation I had with a friend the previous day about a woman he had met who was so inspirational to him came into my head.  Followed by the words Spirit Launcher.  A few days later with the help of my older brother (who started dream chasing his own dream a couple of months ago with his sports writing rotofanatics.com), Spirit Launcher was born.  And I cannot thank you all enough for your support!  This week has been so wonderful for me to see my work inspire the community as much as community inspires me. So with that lets start our dream chasing adventure together.  At 8pm eastern time tonight as a community lets meditate together.  Change happens slowly but faster and more eloquently in the masses.  Tell your friends, co-workers, family and even pets to join.  Either come together as a group or individually in your own home.  However you are most comfortable.  Either way we are not alone.  We will be working together as a community through the heart of intention.  Through the heart of intention near or far, we can feel our energy unite, coming together as one.

I would recommend reading through this meditation at least a few times prior to our 8pm meeting tonight.
Dream Chasing Meditation (5 minutes)
by Jennifer Fremion

Sit in a comfortable crossed legged position in a quiet peaceful place.
Rest your hands facing upward on your knees. Close your eyes
and take a deep breath in through your nose.
Release the breath slowly.
Take another deep breath in through your nose, only this time hold your breath for a few seconds
and release slowly.
Repeat another deep breath in, hold at the top of the breath.
Then release slowly this time pushing all the air out, and hold until you have to breathe.
Continue a deep relaxing breath throughout the meditation.
Imagine in your mind's eye your dream.  It is so far out of reach you can barely see it.
But in your heart you know it is there waiting for you.
You start walking. You feel stuck as if there is mud underneath your feet.
You look down only to see that it is in fact mud you are walking through.
It is hard for you to walk at all, let alone at an even pace.
You use all of your strength but you fear you are too tired to move on.
You keep walking thinking to yourself this is only a challenge and it is one you are up for.  Finally releasing your feet from the mud you come to a beautiful field with lush long green grass waving in a soft breeze.  You stop for a moment to take in the beauty.  You close your eyes and take a deep breath in. When you open your eyes you realize your dream is closer. So close you realize it is not far out of reach.  The excitement invades your every cell and you start to run towards your dream.  Faster than ever.  You keep running until all you see before you is the most magnificent, miraculous, white light you have ever seen.  But now the white light isn't just before you it is all around you.
A feeling of divine love rushes through your deepest being.
You are home.  Everything is possible.  Everything is yours.
You are no longer chasing, your dream is now your reality.
Sit in this peaceful state as long as you wish.

Take a few moments to feel the difference in both your mind and body after this meditation.  Blog about how you feel and the shifts you start seeing in your fearlessness in the coming days. Again thank you for joining this community.

As always with love,
Jennifer
