The Course Within The Course

This week in my articles, I've concentrated on stillness and peace which are important parts of any healthy and fulfilled life.  As we go into a holiday weekend and hopefully have a little more time than usual to reflect and relax with things, let's take a look at this week.  How could we have brought more peace to our lives?  Did anything happen that made you feel uneasy and challenged you to your max?

These are the times when I love to analyze my life. How did I react to what was put in front of me and how could I have improved upon my own actions? What happened that made me feel out of my comfort zone?  How did I get through it?  What did it teach me about myself?  And even more so, what did it teach me about the course that I am on and where it could possibly be leading me?

Look always for the course within the course.  This will help us to improve on what we already know and anything that we have to question.  This is where our community journal starts today!  Let's start with a comment about where life has already taken us.  Then where it is we think we are going? I share my stories everyday, let's hear from you!  Share with us, we would love to hear about the course within your course! Leave a comment below!

As always with love,

Jennifer

Find Your Stillness

Stillness lays hidden,
until you ask it to speak.
That is when all shadows fall away.
And the light,
breathes freely and uninhibited.
Through us and then beyond us.

-Jennifer-

In our everyday world, life can be complete chaos.  Our limits will be pushed and tested.  Our patience can run us over thin ice.  Quite frequently, we can feel like life is backing us up against a wall and we don't know how to get unstuck.  One way out is to find your own stillness within the madness.

I've mentioned this numerous times before, that my nursing career has been the perfect grooming tool for my spiritual practice.  Within my career no matter which setting I've worked in, I'm pulled and tugged, challenged both physically and mentally and yet through it all, I manage to stay calm.  I literally feel as if the craziness is all around me and I'm just watching it all happen.  This has been a pretty mind blowing experience taking into consideration that just a few years ago the stress would mount so high, I would be physically and mentally in pain from the exact same work environment that I'm in now.

When someone asks me about the benefits of yoga and meditation, one of the first things I share with them is, yes it is relaxing and a great mental and physical workout.  But it's the adjustment to life for me, that has made the biggest difference of all.  Finding my stillness and then carrying those very lessons of stillness into real life, is what has made the difference of jumping ship and holding up ship.

The inability to manage stress in a healthy way allows us to crash and burn within the process.  Stress is actually a good thing when managed appropriately.  But we also need to have enough balance and sense to know when enough is enough.  And we need to have a healthy outlet of relieving our minds and bodies of that stress.  Some people prefer cardio workouts such as running or the elliptical.  Even going for a walk or venting to our spouses or friends can be an effective tool.  It is within these types of practices that we can find our stillness.  We are releasing any blocks that have formed throughout the day and getting it out of our minds and bodies in order to give it up to wherever it needs to go.

It is when we practice holding onto stress that can be the real trickster.  Have you ever met or maybe are someone who is a bottler?  You bottle up all of your feelings and take on more and more until your head feels like it could explode.  People are afraid to be around you because who knows when the lid will blow off and who knows who will be the targeted victim.  Where is the stillness in this?  Well, actually there is.  It is after the pent up energy is released.  It just hasn't been done in an effective or healthy manner.  Which scenario would you prefer to use in life?

As everyone knows I am a huge advocate of practicing yoga and meditation.  However, I am a huge advocate of living a healthy and fulfilling life in anyway you can find it.  Whatever practice you can find that allows you to take with you your stillness, will improve your life in countless ways.  As we progress in this practice, life will become peaceful and calm no matter what the challenge.  Our daily life becomes a workout of balance, peace and healthy intentions.

How can you lead a peaceful life?  How do you release yourself from the stresses of the day?  Share with us, we would love to hear from you!

As always with love,

Jennifer

Love and Peace Meditation

Happy Meditation Wednesday Spirit Launchers!  This week I'm introducing a meditation that is simple yet very effective.  This meditation can be done at any time of the day, anywhere and will refresh and reset your mind.  You can meet with us tonight at 8pm Eastern or 5pm Pacific time or start your day and even end your day with it.  I love practicing this meditation because just as the title suggests, it brings love and peace to your life.  No matter where you are in your life, if you sit in stillness with this meditation you will have more love and more peace come to you in an instant.

Please join us by sitting in a comfortable crossed leg position. Rest your hands on your knees, palms facing up. I love to practice this mediation with one single white tea light candle set directly in front of me.  Although our eyes will be closed, we still feel and benefit from the power of light.  Close your eyes and take long deep breaths in and out. As always I suggest reading through the meditation a few times before we meet. Let's begin.

Love and Peace Meditation
by Jennifer Fremion

Sit in a comfortable space.  Dim the lights
to where the only light that remains is the single candle before you.

Feel the silence in the room.  Breathe in the peace that accompanies
this silence.

Focus on breathing peace and love into your heart.
With each breath you feel the calm.
With each beat of your heart you feel the love
surround you.

Repeat in your mind, "I am peace. Peace is what I seek.
I am love. Love is all I know to be."

You are cradled within this peace and love.
Sit in this space for as long as you desire.

The longer you sit the more effective the meditation.

May love and peace be with you always.

We Are

We are a breath of fresh air.
The moment in which we stare,
Deep into the waterfall
of life.

-Jennifer-

We are the ever flowing richness that is love.  We are the extension of universal love that abounds from our very source.  It is within us and it is all around us.  We live and breathe it every step of the way.  We were created to be love, to give, accept and create more love.  How do you project this task from your own heart?

I've found through many aspects of my own life how it is that I give love. It took me years however, to realize that first and foremost I must give myself the love that is needed in order to truly live a love filled life.  I have to take care of myself, my mind, body and soul in order to give the most powerful love to others.

In every aspect of my life I am constantly giving.  My nursing profession has actually allowed me on a daily basis if not a moment to moment basis, to be able to be selfless and giving to others.  I have dealt in my career with the sickest of patients.  Working in hospice allowed me to see the result of many end stage diseases.  Having shared so many moments with patients who have been given weeks or months to live and even standing or sitting next to someone as they take their final breath, has enabled me to appreciate the time that I have in the now.  We can't go back and change what has happened in the past. But we can live in our present day being more present and making the choice to represent ourselves as being the love that we were meant to be and give from the beginning.

It is easy to get wrapped up in everyday melodramas, but it becomes just as easy when you are in the presence of someone who has been given a meek prognosis, to realize how unimportant the small stuff really is.  My mission in life has become being as fully loving an individual as I possibly can.  To learn to truly live from the heart.  That all started from healing my own heart.  It has taken years, but I can honestly say I wouldn't trade anything that has happened to me to get to this very point in my life.

What I do personally and professionally are one in the same, I give and then give some more.  It doesn't shut off.  My mission is to give, to love, and to live the best life now.  I don't clock in and out of this mentality.  It begins as I awake each morning with an intention and I firmly believe it continues through my energy as I sleep at night.

My vision for my yoga and meditation practice is simple.  I want to be able to help everyone cherish the gift that is them.  For me there is not a better connection in doing so through the practice of yoga and meditation. They are one in the same for me.  It brings us back to honoring the very body that houses our spirit and in turn ignites our spirit on this Earth. It is a choice we make to make the most of everything right now, or to take it for granted that it will be there as it is now for always.

In an article I wrote a few months back called Reinventing Home, I talked about my new venture of honoring my body as the house of my soul.  It is in fact my spirit's home.  Deep within my heart lay all of the energy and power that is my being.  I decided to clean up my diet and go heavy on meditation and yoga.  This has deepened my sense of self beyond what I had already achieved.  I was astounded at the immediate and resounding change that occurred in every facet of my life.  Fully embracing what all I am has even more so deepened my ability to love myself and the world around me.

No matter where we are in life or who we think we are, where we think we should be, or how we think we should get there, the one answer that rings true always is that we are an extension of the love of our Divine. And we are divinely powered within that love.  If we practice and make a point everyday to deepen what it is we are delivering to ourselves and the world we can make the most significant difference in our day to day lives. Our lives take on more meaning.  And we create a never ending waterfall of possibilities of peace and hope that can give us wings that are the very breath of life that keeps us in flight for all of eternity.

How do you extend and expand on the love to yourself and to the world?  Share with us, we would love to hear from you!

As always with love,

Jennifer

The Hero Series: The Extension

My spiritual journey began as so many do, with questions.  Why am I here, how did I get here, and where am I to be going?  And even bigger yet, what is the meaning of all of this? I had been thinking about these questions for months and was finally ready for a more in depth look at them.  Only, I wasn't sure where to turn to in order to find them.

Funny enough, I was sitting on my couch on a Sunday morning watching QVC and a man by the name of Dr. Wayne Dyer was talking about his new book series he was selling.  Everything he spoke about was directed to the very questions I had been asking.  My initial thought was, could I really find my answers through a home shopping channel?  And the answer surprisingly, was yes!

The package was delivered to me which included his newest book, Wishes Fulfilled, his I Am Wishes Fulfilled Meditation on CD and a DVD set of  his travels to different holy places in the world.   I was very skeptical when the packaged arrived, but even more intrigued by the hope that I would find something within his material.  I had no idea how this simple purchase was the beginning of my new beginning.

I began reading the book, Wishes Fulfilled which speaks of manifesting into your life what it is you are deeply desiring and longing for.  I didn't quite understand the concept initially.  I thought that you simply had to think a positive thought and all good things would then come your way.  That you could meditate on what you wanted and it would arrive on your front door step.  A very innocent misunderstanding, but it was a start to say the least.  I realized through Dr. Dyer's words that my thoughts had great influence on what and who I was bringing and allowing to be in my life.  To say I was a "Debbie Downer" was putting it politely.  I was extremely negative minded and always looked for the worst to happened because I had learned over my lifetime that is how life is.

So I thought to myself, maybe this is all a bunch of hocus-pocus, but clearly what I'm doing right now in my life isn't working so why not try something new?  Do I really have much to lose?  So I started and continued to implement positive thinking every day.  Did I see changes in my outside world?  No.  But what I did notice was a change internally.  I felt better.  And when I would have a negative thought come to mind if I continued to think it or actually said it out loud, I started to have a sickening feeling in my stomach.  I would have a physical reaction that just didn't feel right.  I knew at that point in time I needed to get rid of those thoughts once and for all.  Along with reading and practicing positive thinking, I was doing the I Am meditations.  These were so different from the guided meditations I was used to.  This was going into deep meditation which I had never experienced before.  I was touching the very seed of my soul. At first it was frightening, but then it grew into absolute bliss.

Dr. Dyer used a metaphor of, if we take a cup of water from the ocean, is it not still the ocean?  He was speaking of us being an extension of our Creator as opposed to us being separate.  Somewhere in my up bringing I had been convinced that my Creator was a Zeus like figure in the sky that was a puppet master pulling our strings, punishing us for any little thing we did wrong, and in a sense was something to be feared.  We were never a religious based family so I'm not sure where that illusion came from in my mind, but it was there.  So when the concept of me being an extension of my Creator was introduced to me, I didn't get it at all. How could I even come close in comparison to my Creator? The more I thought about it though, the feeling emerged of a long forgotten memory that resurfaced to me. And then I got it.  And it made perfect sense and brought me a little bit closer to home.  Dr. Dyer taught me that we are deeply and divinely loved more than we could possibly imagine because at the center of us all and of it all is pure, abiding, divine love. When I learned to divinely love myself, was when life started to look more vibrant and beautiful.  Life began to make sense. The walls around my heart began to come crumbling down.  Once my internal world shifted, that was when my outside world began to shift as well.

I owe so much to Dr. Dyer for all he has taught me. I called him my hero long before Spirit Launcher or the Hero Series existed. The world that he introduced to me, continues to unfold in ways I could have never seen coming.  This past February he was on QVC again.  I experienced the need to call and attempt to thank him on the testimonial line.  I knew immediately that I was going to talk to him.  As I was on hold, I said a prayer for all fear to vanish my body and allow me to find the words to express my deepest gratitude to him. And I was able to do just that.  His warm presence through this conversation is something that I will never forget.  It was such an honor to speak to him and to be able to thank him for giving me the tools to change my life.  I've gone on to read many more of his books and recommended materials.  This journey was what brought me back to my own light after living in and accepting my own darkness for so long.

Many people say that we can't change.  The truth of the matter is, when we step away from our own light we change away from our original self.  We have the ability to change back to who we were supposed to be all along.  When we drop our ego and fear, we can meet ourselves again on our very own journey back home.

A Sunday Message: Look For The Message

Happy Sunday Spirit Launchers! I've talked about expectations in my articles before.  It's always a good thing to have standards and boundaries for ourselves and what we want out of life.  But when we are entering into new situations, and I often times use relationships for my example because I think we can all relate to this, we can future jump, create false images and characteristics for another because it is what we are looking for.  More than not when we finally meet this other person or get to know them, they don't match with these early expectations we've conjured up for them. My advice, be open to what the experience will bring you and what it is you can openly give back in the moment.  You don't need a scripted experience, you just need your truth.

I had dinner the other night with a dear friend in which he opened up about a newer relationship that had recently ended and how he had been beating himself up for months over what he considered to be the dissolve of the relationship because of a lie he told and later admitted to the other person. He said many times while sharing the story with me, "Go ahead I know you think I'm absolutely crazy now, don't worry I totally agree with you."  My response, "You're not crazy.  Life was sending you a message to not hide from who you are.  The moment you stepped out of your own truth was when the relationship fell apart.  Look for the message you are being sent in all of this."

He was so focused on what it was he had done, he actually said that he was being punished for it. I absolutely disagreed with him.  I told him that every person in our life is here delivering a message to us. Just as we are delivering a message to them.  This was life's way of saying to my dear friend, there is nothing wrong with you.  Shine and shine completely in your own truth.  Living a lie weighs heavy on your heart.  The guilt in lying feels miserable because hiding is a miserable state of being.  I told him he needed to receive the message being sent and to forgive himself and let go of that heaviness within his own heart.

He responded, "I messed up and I need to face that.  I guess I'll never know if it was meant to be or not." My response, "You will know if it wasn't meant to be because it will never happen.  Hold on to this message however, because the Universe will bring this lesson around again.  You will know when you are at that crossroads again.  You can use this message the next time to choose differently or make the same decision. The choice is yours."

People will come and go in our lives.  Some will be mainstays, but for the most part people often times are just pop ins.  Accept those people for who they are and the messages they have brought to us no matter if we label them "good" or "bad".  It is difficult but I have learned to not label people and things anymore because I know they are here to teach me something.  Whatever it may be.

When we look for the messages life brings us, not much is left to question.  It enriches our experiences and it shows us this beautiful path of discovery we are on.  What message do you think you bring to others and to the world?  What messages have others brought to you?  Share with us, we would love to hear from you!

As always with love,

Jennifer

Bring It With You

Within each wave and each ripple, lays a stillness
waiting to be reached.
So reach for it.

-Jennifer-

I talk to a lot of people about meditation. It is not just one of my favorite things to do, it is also one of my most favorite things to talk about. Someone once said to me that their meditative space is by the water and that it is the only place they can find peace and tranquility. They explained that their daily life is in complete turmoil and the walls constantly feel like they are crashing in. In order to find peace, they escape.  They cannot shake the reality of their own life during their day to day.  So the escape is the calm.  My answer to that is, take the water with you.

How many times have you ever thought about running away from things when they get too difficult?  How many times have you quit something or someone in your life?  How many times has that someone been you? It can be so much easier to see the patterns of other people before you can focus on your own patterns. However, recognizing our own patterns is vital to our balanced state in life.

I talk quite a bit about implementing the meditative state of mind into our everyday living.  Living within meditation as I call it.  Now when beginning this practice, we are just dipping our toes in the water.  We are testing it to see what exactly will happen, what it is like, and what we can get from it.  Once we get comfortable within the peace and stillness we must then transfer that energy into our day to day.  Slowly introduce the tools we learn, practice and then inevitably have to have in our day to day thinking and actions.  This is how we become aligned.  This is how we venture into an enlightened state of being.  Back to the story about meditation only existing by water. Implementing the meditative tools in our life is bringing it with you where ever you go.  When you leave that quiet space, don't leave the stillness behind.  It should be enlivening within you and eventually coming out of you in your day to day life.

And this takes practice.  The best way to achieve this state of living is to set a goal for yourself each day. Take the time to take time for yourself.  Even if it is two minutes in the morning.  Set your mind set for the day.  What is it that you want to get out of this new day that you've been blessed enough to experience? What is it that you yourself can give to this day?  Is it happiness, gratitude, understanding, patience?  It could be anything.  Make a point to set your mind to that and see the difference it makes in each moment.  When you lose focus, that frame of reference in your mind can bring you back to your intention. It holds you accountable for your thoughts that eventually lead to your actions.

So what can you bring with you today?  We've reflected this week on our emotions and how to create a flow with them.  How to begin to move through blocks of energy within us.  How to release what has been hidden and sometimes forgotten.  Can you bring your own stillness with you?  Your own peace and conscious desire for what could be made better?  Think about it.  Why not have peace in every moment? Why run away to find it?  Why not breathe through the challenges we face? Why not do everything we can to lead our best life now?  Within this very moment.  Wherever we are.

As always with love,

Jennifer

Just Go With It

Life's flow is the Universal energy within us.

-Jennifer-

I know all of us have done this at one time or another.  Or maybe even a lot.  Something happens, completely unexpected and we mull over it for hours, days, weeks, sometimes years.  We replay that something over and over in our mind as if thinking about it is going to go back in time and create a change in events for us.  The fact is, it won't. It happened whether we liked it or not, felt it was fair or not, or were blindsided by it or not.  Life is full of surprises. Life is meant to catch us off guard.  Life is meant to be a challenge.  Our response to life and the Universe's response back to us is determined all with how we think about things and situations and ultimately how we react to them.

Do we focus on every little detail of what we wish could have happened differently and what we wished we would have said or done differently?  Or have we learned that things just tend to work out better and with ease if we let go and just go with it?  Have you tried both scenarios? Which one seems to work for you?

Sure we can blame all we want on others or happenings in our lives.  We can point the finger and say, "If I had never met this person, my life would be so different." Or, "If this never happened to me I wouldn't be in this position right now!"  Let's try a different perspective with these.  What if instead we said, "This person hurt me very deeply but they taught me to love myself enough to say enough is enough."  And, "This was the most difficult thing I have ever been through, but I learned I have strength that I never would have known, had this not happened."  What about saying about any circumstance, "I am grateful for..."  or "I am thankful because..."  This way we give our mind a reset in order to perceive things differently.  We are able to look for and then see the lessons as they are brought to us.

I had a client the other day say to me, "I am so mad because I see how this person has been controlling me all of these years and they are so good at it!"  My response to them was, allow your feelings to surface.  Feel them as deeply as they can be and then let them go.  Your emotions during challenges can be like a roller coaster. One minute you feel on top of the world and the next, you're sobbing into a box of tissues.  The real lesson isn't about what another person did to us.  The real lesson is why did we allow it to happen?  Because if we stopped the behavior immediately, we knew the other person's issues are their issues not ours and that the behavior itself wasn't about us at all.  But if we allowed their issues to become our own and we took them on as our way of life, it is no longer just about the other person, it is about us.  What is it in ourselves that is allowing another person to take over our life?  What is it about ourselves that we are trying to avoid by focusing on someone else?

You can look for lessons anywhere, anytime and with anything.  When we know there is meaning behind it all and we take the time to look for it, it will show itself to us.  And not only that, it would shine in a different light than if we would have not been looking at all.  When we just go with it, instead of trying to change what cannot be changed, we become aligned. It is when we recognize our own energy flow as the Universe's energy flow.  There really isn't a question of how could this have happened?  The question becomes what does this all mean in the bigger scheme of things?  What is life trying to show me?  And finally, what am I showing life?

When we relax and let go enough to do an energy shift, we create a platform for our greatest performance which is living a true and honest life.  We no longer have to wonder in worry.  We wonder in excitement instead.  We begin to live in greatness because we act in greatness understanding and knowing it is our absolute birthright.  Whether we accept this truth or not, it is there waiting for us all along the way.

How can you let go in life and just go with it?  Share with us, we would love to hear from you!

As always with love,

Jennifer

From Within: Meditation

Hello Spirit Launchers and welcome to meditation Wednesday!  This week I have been focusing on getting in touch with our inner most emotions.  So today's meditation is going to help us do just that.  There is no better clarity in life than to be able to be comfortable, even within our discomfort.  Allowing our emotions to run through us freely is what makes us free and viable to ourselves and life.

As always I recommend reading through the meditation a few times before we meet this evening at our designated time of 8pm Eastern and 5pm Pacific time.  For this meditation we will lie down on our backs with our eyes closed, focusing on our breath.  Breath deeply in and out a few times.  Lay your hands beside you, palms facing up.

From Within Meditation
by Jennifer Fremion

From within, I feel the bounty that is life.

Take a few breaths in and out.
Focus on the gentle strength of your own breath.

Feel your body relax into the ground beneath you.
Feel yourself be supported by the Earth.

What emotion are you feeling at this very moment?
Are you stressed, anxious, hurt, happy, tired, energized?
Listen to your body.  What is it trying to tell you?

Whatever the emotion is, examine the core of it.  What is making
you feel the way you are feeling? If it is
a positive emotion, say thank you to your body.
Thank you for the feeling of exuberance it brings.
Celebrate this emotion.
Visualize it rushing through your body, starting at your
feet, feeding your soul at your heart space, and finally rising from the
crown of your head.

If the emotion is negative, say to your body thank you.
Ask your body what this emotion is trying to tell you.
What is the message attempting to be received.
How can you better hear what needs to be heard?
Visualize it rushing through your body, starting at your
feet, relaying a message to your soul at your heart space,
and finally rising from the
crown of your head.

Whether it is a positive or negative emotion, through that emotion
our body is delivering a message.  Practice this and begin to understand
the importance of not getting stuck on any given emotion.
Sit back and observe what it is you are feeling.
Appreciate the message.
Free yourself and your body from stagnant emotion.
Feel your own expansion.

Now repeat in your mind, "From within,
I feel the bounty that is me."

A New Exploration

Feel your feelings as they are.
There you will find all of the answers.

-Jennifer-

Life is an exploration.  From start to finish, we are always looking for the answer to something.  Trial and error is a major part of life from our earliest memories.  Yet, how do we start to form patterns and habits in our behavior? Often times we look to our parents, then as we get older our friends and we find trends that we inherently and inadvertently take on ourselves.

For me, I started a new exploration that was my spiritual journey.  I left my marriage in the hopes of finding happiness and all else that I had lost along the way.  I never thought that my journey however, would be this journey.  I wanted happiness, peace and comfort in life.  I had to get down to the nitty gritty in order to do so.  I was brought to my knees countless amounts of times, until finally a light came on inside and I realized this can't be the path to happiness.  So I stopped, listened and for the first time followed my intuition in which I had spent a lifetime ignoring.

This new exploration was a life of actually having my heart be heard.  Having faith in my heart that it had all of the answers.  This wasn't an overnight process and yet it was.  I made the decision to not ignore what my intuition was telling me.  That was my first step. The following steps allowed me to explore the feelings that ensued with each action I took. And this was key.

I had spent my entire life, shelving my feelings and shoving them down as deep as possible.  I walked around constantly smiling, but I wasn't smiling on the inside.  Something had gone terribly wrong.  I had forgotten how to feel.  I developed this as a young child and then excelled at it in my marriage.  My marriage was a farce. I was lying to myself to the point that I stopped feeling at all.  I literally was carrying around so much pain, I felt numb.  I felt absolutely nothing.  I had disassociated from my feelings in order to tolerate the lifestyle I had created for myself.

So my exploration began with a promise to always listen to my intuition.  The next step was to be able to feel again.  And feel I did.  Emotions came over me like giant waves in the ocean.  I felt every emotion to the nth degree. It was overwhelming at times.  But along the way something kept telling me to just go with it.  It was going to hurt and hurt badly, but at least I could feel my heart again.  Over time, the emotions settled and became tolerable.  Then I began to feel a balance again.  It felt like a long lost friend that I couldn't remember the last time I had seen, but I was ecstatic to see it again!

After the dust settled my new exploration took an even bigger turn.  I wanted big answers.  I wanted to know why I was here, what all of my life meant up until that point, where it was that I was supposed to be and what I was supposed to be doing.  That next step was becoming as close as possible to my heart and to my Divine.  I began to read ferociously. Material written by many of my life teachers such as Michael Singer, whom I featured in yesterday's article.  My studies brought me even deeper into mediation and yoga.  I heard in an interview with Gabby Bernstein as she talked about her own journey say, "When the student is ready, the teacher will come."  And come they did.  I couldn't read fast enough to quench my desire for this new way of life.  It felt like home.  Even though these were "new" concepts, part of me felt like I had known them all along.

The flood gates were now open.  My eyes became open and even more so, my heart became open.  Life wasn't a big question of worry anymore.  Life became a question of, what can I do to make this the best life possible?  I cannot express to you the importance of exploring your inner most questions.  Exploring what it is you are feeling and why?  Exploring what this all means and what is the big picture?  When we start asking the big questions, we end up finding the big answers.

Don't fear life.  When you feel fear realize you are entering on new ground that will bring new experiences and bigger discoveries.  Embrace life.  Embrace your own path.  Find and discover it in your own unique way.  Discover life's big offerings and you will discover wrapped up in them your very own offerings to the world.  You are the completeness to this perfect Universe.  Your exploration is the road map to Divine perfection.

What is the road map you have been following on your own exploration?  Share with us, we would love to hear from you!

The Hero Series: Be An Explorer

This week I am introducing to you author Michael Singer.  Michael was first introduced to me months ago on an episode of Super Soul Sunday in which his interview got me to immediately purchase his book,  The Untethered Soul. Everything Michael talked about resonated so deeply with me.  I had gone through about a year of really discovering my own patterns in life and how they had gotten me in situations that created the same heartaches over and over again.  I fought for years against what my own intuition was telling me.  I was fighting against what I call Universal code.  Universal code is the understanding that when we flow with the Universe's plan, we are living in faith that each step we take, we are being guided to our own purpose in life. If we go against it, we are going against the grain in life.

Michael talked early on about this in the interview.  The concept of working in complete harmony with the Universe and staying connected to our core, our inner most self.  He was speaking very clearly of my most recent lessons and findings in my own life.  So I simply had to read his book.  I purchased it, read a few chapters and then stopped, always with the intention of coming back and finishing it.

A rerun of his interview played a couple of weekends ago and I watched it again.  Only this time, I was drawn to the piece of the interview where Michael was talking about our inner most pain having to rise and be released or we suppress it and carry it with us.  I vaguely remember this part of the initial interview but I could not believe that again, in perfect timing, he was talking about very recent experiences I have had with residual pain surfacing by experiences with people in my life and that pain releasing itself from my body.  This has been going on for months in my life. So I decided to pick up his book again and complete it.  And where I left off in the book, just happened to be the chapter right before he discusses suppressed pain and the need to release it.

The Untethered Soul isn't just any book.  This is a journey beyond yourself as Michael explains.  Not only does he talk about our everyday habits that lead us to worry, regret, obsession, and utter confusion in our lives, he gives us very simplistic and common sense tools in order to live a different and more expansive life.

This is one of the only books I've actually highlighted points within it, as I would a text book.  He talks about Samskara, which is the unfinished energy patterns we tuck deep inside of our hearts.  The heaviness or lightness that we carry with us whether we realize it or not.  He gives very vivid examples of not only circumstances we have all found ourselves to be in, but the undeniable step by step process that happens internally with our own thoughts and emotions in those exact moments and how we can and will relive them over and over again until we let them go.

For me there is something about the timing of this material coming into my life.  It wasn't exactly new material, it just happened to be a mirrored reflection in words of my current findings and life lessons that I had come across, which was beyond encouraging.  It was almost as if the Universe was telling me that I have found my way and to continue to stay the course.

I would encourage anyone who is either beginning their spiritual discoveries or anyone who is wanting to explore more deeply the big questions about our very spirit and life to read this book.  It will get you so excited to implement the tools in the book, but it is also refreshing to read about the path of discovering and being an explorer of our deepest self and beyond.  I know this work has left a significant mark on my own heart and I know it will for anyone who reads it.

A Sunday Message: Look For The Light

Happy Sunday Spirit Launchers! Every morning as I wake up or walk outside to start my day I look up to the sky and look for the Sun. I began making a point to do this about a year or so ago.  I'm not sure why I started doing this or what made me think to do it initially.  I know part of me realized that I hadn't paid attention to my surroundings for years. I was so wrapped up and overwhelmed with my daily responsibilities, I had forgotten how to appreciate moments and the stillness within the moment.  I was bogged down with daily chaos.  I was "just trying" to get through each day.

Upon my spiritual journey many things have changed and this is one really big one.  To look for the Sun in the sky is a mind reset for me.  It gives me stillness in the moment, even if it is a few seconds.  It is a reminder of this great big star that lights up our entire world every day .  It is there for us, constant, unwavering, bright and bold, to share with us its warming light.  I make a point every morning to find it in the sky, say thank you to the Universe and to breathe in this energetic light.  This moment helps me to shift my mindset purely on gratitude.  This will transform your day immediately.

Even on a cloudy day and the Sun is nowhere to be seen, I still know it is there and at some point I will see its beauty shining down on me.  An amazingly beautiful thing that happens many mornings, is a break in the clouds will appear on my drive in to work and I can physically see these gorgeous rays coming down from the sky.  You want to talk about a moment of peace and astonishment, well there you go!

This is just a great reminder in our day to day lives to always look for the light.  No matter what it is we are going through.  Appreciate the happiness in the moment.  But also in moments of grief and sadness, know that the clouds are going to shift at some point and the light will be visible again.  I think it is imperative that we have a faithful mindset in our ever day lives.  Knowing that each moment great or not so great is going to pass.  And that our internal light will always be shining, just as the Sun, as long as we acknowledge it, its power and its purpose.

Look up at the sky today.  What is the beauty of this painting that lives above us, telling you?  How does seeing it, really taking the time to see it, make you feel?  Share with us, we would love to hear from you!

As always with love,

Jennifer

The Path of Inspiration

Today is a day to reflect.  Find a moment whenever and wherever to reflect on the week.  What happened during this week that struck a nerve with you either good or bad?  Did you have an experience that stood out from the rest?  Examine what happened during those significant times and feel the emotion that rises.  What is it trying to tell you?

We are so busy in our lives that we allow moments to fly by us no matter how small or prominent they may be.  I set time aside on Spirit Launcher on Wednesdays with our meditation to create a habit of doing just that, taking much needed time out in our lives.  My hope is that it may start with once a week for everyone, but the need for more will call to eventually take time out everyday to be in silence and reflect on the day. Reflection is how we come to understand where it is our life is leading us.  Through this, we can determine if we are on "The Path" or on a side trail.

This week I have focused on talking about inspiration.  I have been inspired by Mr. Joseph Campbell as he was this week's hero in my Hero Series.  His words, his love for his own life and others, has inspired me and countless others to live a fulfilled and inspired life.  Without him, I don't know where I would be in my life.  I hope Monday's article has inspired you all to explore Joseph Campbell and his array of work and efforts.  As well, I hope it has inspired you to find your bliss in life.  I know for me, life began to unfold and became bigger and brighter once I started doing just that.  When I realize as well, that the privilege of a lifetime is being who we are, backs up all of our efforts.  When we are who we were created to be, the entire world becomes brighter not only for us, but for everyone.  Thank you Joseph Campbell for your words of beauty and enlightenment.

So today, take the time, whether it is one minute or one hour, to reflect on where you are in your own life, the happenings within you and around you and where it is all leading you to be.  Share with us your findings. Think of Saturdays as a group reflection or a community journal.  The more we learn about ourselves and others, the more enriched life will become for us all.

As always with love,

Jennifer

A New Beginning

Learn from the past.
Begin again in each moment.
Be open to whatever the future holds.

-Jennifer-

This week I've touched on the importance of releasing our painful past and giving ourselves permission to feel whatever emotion that rises and to breathe through it, allowing it to be released.  When we have suppressed emotion it blocks us from the fullness of each moment and each experience.  Although we may be able to feel happiness and live a good life, if a negative emotion is buried deep, it is a road block to achieving ultimate bliss.

One great lesson I've come to learn from many of my spiritual teachers is that in the next moment we can change our thought, our attitude, our perception, and our emotion. Ultimately, this will change our entire life. With each new moment we get a new beginning.  So many of us hold on to our past and use it as an excuse to not move forward.  We can carry the weight with us, telling ourselves, I don't deserve greatness, I'm not good enough or that simply nothing good ever happens to me. In this way of thinking, we are allowing fear to take over the wheel and drive us down a long dark road.  When this happens, the only thing you need to remember is, in this moment I have a new beginning.  I am going to choose to see things differently.

The past is there to remind us of where we have already been.  The future is not yet ours to hold.  So focus on how each new moment or new beginning can lead you to the kind of future you want.  Don't let the past or your fear trail haunt you.  Remember in yesterday's article how I mentioned, we are the only ones who can advocate a good life for ourselves.  We have all of the tools and answers to live not just a good life, but a miraculous one.  The question is, how bad do we really want it?

Our love and zest for life, our bliss is what will channel our hearts in the right direction.  If you've disconnected from the conversation with your own heart, make a decision in the next moment to be open and ready to hear the message.  Pretty soon, if you do this enough it will become second nature.  You were not meant to just watch everyone else live out their own bliss.  You are meant to follow your own.  If you are already doing this great!  If you're not, what are you waiting for?  You have a perfectly new moment right now to start making it happen.  So what are you going to do with it?

What is one thing you could do in the next moment that could change your life?  Get a pen and paper ready and write one full page of all of the things you would do in life if you had nothing or no one holding you back.  Look over what you have written.  Pick one thing, something that you can start doing today that can bring you that much closer to leading a fulfilled life. As in the words of Joseph Campbell,  find your bliss and then follow it. That is key to leading a fulfilled life.

Share with us what you've come up with!  What you share can and will inspire other's to follow their own bliss in life.

As always with love,

Jennifer

The One

There is only one of you.
Let that be enough.
That will bring you abundance.
That will bring you acceptance.
That will fill your heart.

-Jennifer-

The amount of light that we radiate from inside, is directly related to how much we believe in ourselves.  If we believe, have faith and know that we are enough, that we are already complete, we will lead a very different life from if we don't realize or cannot face our own reality.

We sometimes think of "The One" as being someone other than ourselves that magically appears into our lives and saves us. The truth is that you and you only are the one who can make or break your own life.  You are the answer, the solution, the cure to every circumstance.  How do you face challenges as they come to you?  Do you hide, complain, or ask "why me"?  Or do you look at the real messages hidden beneath each challenge?  Do you remain steadfast in faith, knowing that the answers will come at the most perfect time?

During my own awakening to life, I stopped asking questions like, why me.  I started to adapt a regimen of looking for lessons within everything and everyone who came across my path.  This was the exact practice that got me excited about living within the moment and looking forward to every new day.  Because I realized how blessed I truly am for getting to have another moment and another day.  Not only to live and cherish what I already have, but because I have no idea was surprises are awaiting around every corner. And that every corner, if I allow it too, can become a cornerstone in my life.

To live fully awake and conscious driven allows you to change your view points in life and circumstance and realize the force within you to forge ahead no matter what.  Recently, as I mentioned in an earlier article this week, I have been met with some interesting challenges lately.  I have been reminded through new people in my life, no matter how brief their stay, of previous painful relationships.  Now the old me, would have had the attitude of, "I just can't catch a break.  I don't even know why I put in the effort because I end up disappointed every time I meet someone.  I give up."  But the real me understands that people come and go in life.  And that is okay because that is the plan.  And it makes you cherish the long lasting relationships even more.  There has been an even more incredible shift within me recently.

Through being forced to relive past pain and hurt I recognized I had residual pain hidden within me that I thought I had dealt with years before.  Apparently not.  One by one over the last six months, whether it is stories about former people in my life or actual new acquaintances, old memories began to surface.  I questioned from the beginning what it was all about.  Then I realized that by being put in familiar old patterns, I wasn't making the same decisions I had in the past.  It was an unconscious thing as it was happening.  But upon review I came to see that my initial instinctive assessment, was what I was allowing to guide me.  I didn't waiver. I didn't question it.  I just went with it.  And remember what happens when we flow with the Universe's flow? We continue down the given path in our lives.  We don't take wrong turns because our inner guide is leading us as it always tries too.  The question always remains, are we listening?

As I would exit each relationship I would leave with a heavy heart.  This was where the real familiarity would come to play.  It wasn't with the new relationship it was with the old relationship.  I began to practice my meditation and yoga and ask for this heaviness in my heart to be lifted.  Through this practice I realized, I continue to draw in and deal with certain types of relationships because of this residual pain inside.  I knew after awhile that this pain was being forced to surface in order to be released from my heart.  It had to go and now was the time.  Eventually, my ego began to go along with it.  This pain has been released and evaporated into thin air. A lightness came back into my heart.  By its very release, I am able to make room for more love and light in my life.  It's been a beautifully fantastic experience.  One that has been enriching and enlightening in so many facets.

With each experience we have, if we are open to analyze and ask, "What is it I am to learn from this, instead of asking why me?" we can then reveal the truth within our own hearts and heal whatever needs to be healed. Without this healing, we can't completely move forward.  We need to remember that we are the ones that can change the course of our own lives.  If we study the course within the course of life, we can have all of the answers we need to live the most abundantly graceful lives possible. We are the ones who work as one with our Divine as the creative force behind life.  So let's make it the best and the most beautiful life that it can be.

How do you show up as "The One" in your own life?  How do you stay on track?  Share with us we would love to hear from you!

As always with love,

Jennifer

Be The Light: Meditation

Hello Spirit Launchers and welcome back to meditation Wednesday!  This is where we all come together at our designated time of 8pm Eastern and 5pm Pacific time to unite in energy in order to create a giant shift within the world. This week I've talked quite a bit about finding what it is inside of us that makes us come alive.  As Joseph Campbell suggests, follow your bliss and you will be supported on this wondrous journey we call life.

The more we come out of our own fear and step into our own light, the better our life becomes.  The brighter our life becomes.  And our light creates a glow for others to walk with us in our footsteps. As always, I recommend reading through this meditation a few times before we meet. So let us gather and begin our community meditation.  Find a quiet place and sit in a comfortable crossed leg position.  Place your hands on your knees palms facing upward.  Touch your thumb and index fingers together in gyan mudra.  This is the mudra for inner knowing.  Close your eyes and focus on your third eye, your energy space for intuition.  Take a few long, deep breaths in and out.  Let's begin.

Be The Light Meditation
by Jennifer Fremion

The light we seek comes from within.

Imagine a light sitting at the base of your spine.
This light is white, bright and electric.
So beautiful you can't take your eyes off of it.
Begin to feel the energy that emanates from this light.

See this light illuminate your lower body
and yet move up your spine and into your abdomen.
That energy force from your lower body insists with each breath in,
the energy must move up.

Now see and feel this light enter into your heart space.
Feel the warm blissful energy as it feels as if
your entire body has been ignited.

This energy now radiates from your heart center up to your throat.
It is warm, it is full of life in its radiance.

With your next breath, imagine a rush of energy from your base
spine is forcing the energy in your throat to move up your body.
Now the light resides in your mind's eye, between your brow point.
Imagine it white, glowing and bright.
Let it show you what is ready to be seen.

The light is then again pushed and forced upward to the top of your head.
Now your entire body is illuminating with this light.
Stare deeply into this light. Breathe it in as if it was the last light to shine.

Look for the deepest meaning of this light.
As it is the deepest meaning of you.

Remember this light.
Feel this light.
Be this light from within you.

Namaste

The Hero Within

Courage is the talent of heroes.
They see their goals as challenges
and remain steadfast until each goal is met.
Nothing is out of reach of their ability.
All can and will be conquered with the sword of determination.
What we must come to realize is,
we are the heroes of our own lives.

-Jennifer-

I wrote the above passage after a friend of mine asked me to write something for her nephew.  He was away for the weekend at his first retreat and he was so scared to leave home.  He suffers from a muscular disorder and presents an awkwardness upon first meeting him.  He was afraid of what it was going to be like being around new people who didn't understand his condition.  In the end he trusted in himself and left the retreat with a renewed sense of self worth and truth, as well as new friends.

The above message is one that I wish every child could comprehend from the beginning.  We tend to grow up comparing ourselves to others as soon as we recognize our own differences.  I wish we realized early on how special and integral those differences are to the world we live in.  If everyone were the same, how would we ever learn and grow?

Discovering our hero within is one of the most important lights we can uncover.  We have all of the skills we need wrapped up in the fascinating invention, we call our bodies.  The mind is a magical and glorious thing. When thoughts are over encompassed by ego however, it can become our biggest enemy.  Our ego will feed to us our deep seeded insecurities.  It is our constant reminder of all of the criticisms, doubt and projected hurt we have experiences from others and ourselves and have let seep into our very being.  Our ego will do its best to hide our truth.  So if we can remember to not feed into the lies and learn to silence our ego, life becomes full of sparkle and shine.

I've been noticing over the last few months some very significant challenges in front of me.  I had established a sense of peace very early on in my spiritual journey.  More recently, I have had challenges of being introduced to people who reminded me of people in my past who had hurt me.  People that I thought I had long forgotten about and had already dealt with the residual hurt. People who if I allowed them, very well could have disrupted my peace. One by one people would step into my life and in a flash I would think of this other person who had hurt me. I realized after the first incident that there was a giant shift taking place in my heart.  This shift I will talk more of in an article later this week. I knew this was my intuition telling me something. I use this as a gauge of how far I want to delve into a new relationship.  This is the internal barometer I used to push to the side.  It of course has always been there, but way back when, I just didn't want to believe it. I learned the hard way that my gut instinct, my intuition is always right.  Now, I heed the warning or green light no matter what.

Using this internal guidance system is what has made life become so much easier and save so much time and heartache.  I don't invest in unworthy relationships anymore.  I simply accept them for what they are and walk away.  When we find our truth, we aren't afraid to stand in it and shine.  I had a friend the other day question my intuition when I was explaining a situation to him.  His response, "I need hard facts that I can actually see before I can make that assumption."  My response, "Your internal guide is all you need.  The hard facts will come later. Just wait you will see."  And that they did.  As we were having dinner I saw it in his face as he looked at his phone and there were the "hard facts" he was waiting for.  He shook his head and said to me, "You don't know how much I don't like saying this, but you were totally right."  All I could do was smile. I don't fight my intuition anymore.  I am in harmony with it.  This is key to connecting with our truth.

We must connect with our truth and find the courage to stand in it.  What is it that is calling us in this life?  What is it that we can do to bring ourselves to life?  These are the very questions Joseph Campbell had the answer keys to.  When we follow our bliss we fulfill our enlightened commitment to this life.  When we understand that, the privilege of a lifetime is being who we are, we realize there is nothing to change about us. Our purpose is to accept and then share the gift that is our very self with the world.

Trust in what life gives you as being your heroic challenge and path to greatness.  Trust that you already have the talent within you.  Trust that if you honor the journey by showing who it is that you were made to be, you will be guided to your very own promise of purpose.  And within that our own hero stands at the top of the mountain having declared victory upon every step of the journey.

How have you found your own hero within?  Share with us, we love to hear from you!

As always with love,

Jennifer

The Hero Series: A Hero's Journey

Welcome Spirit Launchers to the Hero Series!  I had a calling to start this series out of the blue as I was thinking of a way to describe the premise of my website to someone who was questioning what it was about. My intentional spiritual journey began about a year and a half ago.  I wanted to get closer to my Divine.  I took a job as a nurse with hospice in order to have my questions answered.  Not only were the questions being answered, I was introduced to teacher after teacher in the field of wisdom.  So this series is to present to you, my spiritual teachers, or heroes as I call them.  I define a hero as someone who within their own enlightenment, influences someone to step out of their own darkness and into their own light.  I am so excited to introduce to you, the hero in Joseph Campbell.

Joseph Campbell was introduced to me last November.  I had never heard his name and knew nothing about his work, but in an instant, a miracle, his words gave me the keys to living within my own purpose.  I came to find out that although his passing was in 1987, his work, his very legacy, still lives on and is lived and breathed by countless many.

Joseph Campbell was born in New York City in 1904.  His accomplishments ranged from teaching, writing and the study of mythology and how it relates to real life.  From a young child, he read about the American Indian cultures and frequently visited the American Museum of Natural History in New York.  Through mythology, Joseph discovered a common theme, a pattern within the heroic journey.  As he explains in his book, Pathways To Bliss, "Your bliss can guide you to that transcendent mystery, because bliss is the welling up of the energy of the transcendent wisdom within you. So when the bliss cuts off, you know that you've cut off the welling up; try to find it again.  And that will be your Hermes guide, the dog that can follow the invisible trail for you. And that's the way it is.  One works out one's own myth that way."

My introduction to Joseph Campbell was through two of his quotes.  Each one filled my heart with overwhelming emotion due to the fact that his teaching within these quotes were exactly what I needed to hear at exactly the right time.  The first quote was, "Follow your bliss."  This quote in particular led me to the understanding that within each of us we possess gifts.  Those gifts are essentials to the world and Universe functioning optimally.  If we sit back and hide our gifts, we have the feeling of discontent and unsettledness. However, if we follow our bliss, life unfolds to us in perfect order.  And our Divine smiles within us, fully.

The second quote, "The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are," made me weep as soon as I heard it.  I realized at that moment that I was made a perfect being from a loving source.  I didn't need to change who it is that I was.  I needed to just be who it is that I am.  I had spent my entire life, fighting myself and all of the differences I was trying to hide in order to fit in and be loved and accepted.  The reason I didn't feel loved and accepted was because I wasn't loving and accepting of myself.  In an instant, Mr. Campbell's words performed a miracle within my own heart that I will always carry with me wherever I go.

In that very moment he gave me the keys to life.  The world opened up to me in ways I could have never imagined.  In a sense, this was where my spiritual journey took flight.  I realized that the key to enlightenment and fulfillment in life was to embrace and accept the gifts given within each of us.  No matter how different they may be to someone or everyone else.  Without my participation, there creates a hole in the Universe's whole, that cannot be filled by anyone but me.  And this key goes for everyone because we are all "the chosen ones" carrying a particular gift waiting to be shared with the world.

Other gifts given to me is the collection of interviews that were produced by Bill Moyers that aired in 1988, called, The Power of Myth.  The question and answer series defined Campbell's passion for the connection between myth and living.  I also own his book Pathways to Bliss, Mythology and Personal Transformation. The life lessons and connections possessed within these creations were absolute saviors to me.

Although I am saddened that I will never be able to personally thank Joseph Campbell for the gifts he has given me, I can honor him by following my bliss in my everyday life.  I hope that everyone who reads this article who is on the search for the hero within, will explore the miraculousness that is Joseph Campbell and his contributions of wisdom to the world.

Evolution of the Heart: Day 7

Today is the conclusion of the Evolution of the Heart Series.  I hope this has served everyone well.  I know it has been good for me to reflect on the lessons of growing into and with an open heart.  The last two weeks for me have been especially trying.  My professional life has consumed and spilled over into my personal life. I have been one to be able to establish boundaries with most things in life.  But the last week has been especially challenging.

My life has become inundated with texts and phone calls from work that have consumed most of my personal time.  This is the first time professionally I've not been able to clock out and forget about work on my off hours.  My personal life and time has been flooded and invaded.

I've been through divine storms in my life too many times to not know to look for the lessons.  To see when everything seems impossible and the world around me is in complete chaos, know and trust that after the dust settles, something really big and grand will be waiting for me at the end. I have no idea what that "something" may be, but I don't have to doubt, I just have to trust that this is the way.  I look at every life experience as being an open invitation to learn.  When we are being challenged by someone else through an experience, we need to leave our eyes and ears open. We need to look for what possibly could be the purpose in the experience.  Often times the lesson will come to us funny enough when our mind is on something else.

The last two weeks have been the biggest challenge I've faced in awhile.  I have been pushed to my limits in ways I never knew could be possible.  I held strong and leaned on my faith, family and friends. Trusting that the lesson will be revealed in due time and that the only way to get through it is to simply trust the plan.  I thought it appropriate to reflect with the article, A Trusted Heart.  When we trust that our hearts are leading us to where we need to be, we learn to listen within and await our direction and path.  Life will unfold in the appropriate order.  Click this link to read today's reflection article, http://www.spiritlauncher.com/2013/07/a-trusted-heart.html .

Share with us your thoughts and experiences! When have you been tried and tested?  How did you trust within your own heart?

Evolution of the Heart: Day 6

I've been anticipating sharing this particular article this week.  This is one of my most cherished gifts I've been given with my writing.  I wrote this article very early on when I started Spirit Launcher and still to this day brings me to tears because of the beautiful message it brings.

I've talked before about how I am completely unaware of what it is I will be writing in my daily articles.  I wait for the message to come to me.  This article is a message and a reminder that we are all interconnected and that we are all one.  We have all been perfectly and divinely made to be just the way we are.  Never forget your original self.  In all honesty, let your original self be your guide.  If you slip away, don't panic. Just allow yourself to be led back home.

Today's reflection article is one of the best heart openers I know.  It is, The Wisdom of Our Heart.  So many times we look for answers to questions, guidance, happiness, fulfillment, whatever it made be, outside of ourselves.  When the truth and all answers lay within, the wisdom of our own hearts.  Click this link to read

Evolution of the Heart: Day 5

One of the greatest gifts we can give to ourselves and to the world is to be conscious enough to realize that we are all interconnected.  When we possess the knowledge of understanding that we are all doing the best that we can in any given moment, helps us to create an environment of understanding and empathy.  We can forgive past and present hurt.  In practicing seeing the another's heart as our own, our perception of the world changes.  We realize our own infinite possibilities as being universal.  We realize we are all working together in this great big world we live in.

Today's article is, Another's Heart.  Follow this link to read the article http://www.spiritlauncher.com/2013/07/anothers-heart.html . Share with us your thoughts and experiences, we would love to hear from you!

Evolution of the Heart: Day 4

There is nothing stronger in life than vulnerability.  Often times we can fool ourselves into believing that being vulnerable is caving into weakness.  In all actuality, being vulnerable shows our strength within being honest.  Honest with ourselves and the world we live in.  Not being afraid to say this is who I was made to be and I am going to shine as brightly as I can.

When we share our true selves by wearing our hearts on our sleeves, life becomes a creative force that is unstoppable.  Hence today's reflection article, Our Hearts and Sleeves.  Follow this link to read  http://www.spiritlauncher.com/2013/07/our-hearts-and-sleeves.html

As we become more vulnerable by trusting our own truth, our inner fears disintegrate.  Nothing can stop us. All road blocks can be knocked down almost effortlessly.  Because we know deep down, we have strength that can and will prevail against anything.

Jennifer

Evolution of the Heart: Day 3

Meditation is where we can sit in silence and practice listening to our own hearts.  We can become still enough to hear what it is our heart is trying to tell us.  In moments of stress, happiness, loss or gain, meditation offers the practice of connecting with the very thing that makes us alive.  The vitality of our own spirit.

This practice has forever changed my life.  After four years of practicing myself, the results are not only instant, but have become more brilliant than I ever dreamed possible.  In an instant, we can shift our minds and our hearts to something magnificent.  In an instant we can see the miracle that lay within the stillness.  In an instant we see the gift that is our own life.

Today's meditation will open our hearts to the endless possibilities that reside within our spirit.  Find a quiet place to escape and listen to what your heart has to say.  Enjoy!
