Hello Spirit Launchers! It is so good to be back! This week will be a preparation before the Hero Series begins next Monday, 8/12/13. I will be focusing this week on the evolution of the heart. We must have an open heart in order to receive our own life's messages, accept other's messages and also welcome and invite growth and expansion into our lives.
This week I will be posting previous work I've done, all of which focuses on the heart. It's one of my favorite things to talk about, learn about and explore. Let's create a community of support for one another. Leave your thoughts, stories and questions in the comment section below. By hearing other peoples stories and experiences, we can learn more about ourselves and enhance our own lives...together.

When we shine brightly, we become not only the light for ourselves, but also can be the light to help someone else come out from their own shadow and begin living life as it is intended.
